Her love of movement began at a young age when she starting taking ballet and tap classes and has continued to grow as she has explored hiking, cycling, and trail running in the Colorado Rockies. Christine received her B.A in Dance from Western Michigan University. She is certified through The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, a highly respected training program. She first began teaching at The Pilates Zone, in Menlo Park, California and has continued to teach classical Pilates extensively across the front range, including Coors Wellness Center, Greenwood Athletic Club, and Golden Pilates. She has also worked in physical therapy settings teaching rehabilitative Pilates. Christine has taught prenatal and postpartum women, clients with low back and neck pain, as well as athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Although her training is classical, she describes her style as eclectic. She invests in each of her students, creatively combining specific detail to alignment and breathing while challenging their fitness level.
